It depends on the application of the texts whether SEO is important. My experience is that you should not obsess over what Google keeps changing in the algorithms in the search engine. Keep your reader in mind. You should write in such a way that someone who is looking for your service or organization can (quickly) find an answer to his question. Many people Google with a question in mind, either literally written out or hidden behind keywords. As long as your content helps the reader well, you will be rewarded for that in Google. I can help you improve your texts in this area.
Yes, I write B1 texts because research has shown that people find them more pleasant to read, even if their language proficiency is (well) above that level. It is therefore recommended to have the texts on your website critically reviewed to see if they meet the B1 standard. Many people overestimate how easy their texts are and are suprised to learn they have used dozens of words and/or sentences that are not at B1 language level.
There is no clear answer to this. Where a junior (copy)writer might be available for 55 euros per hour, a medior will easily cost 75 euros per hour and you will pay 95 or a 100 euros per hour for a senior writer. And don’t forget the annual indexation. I think you should not fixate on an hourly rate. Someone with more experience often does the work faster and perhaps better. And a quote may initially seem expensive for ‘just a few hours of work’, but you are not paying for the hour or few hours in which someone writes or translates that text for you, but for all those years that someone has invested in the study and experience to become that good and fast at it. 😉
